Thanksgiving Buffet Cards

Thanksgiving Buffet Cards

Turkey Day is rolling in fast! I don't know about you but as chef de cuisine (actually my title, totally not made up) at my house, after all that cooking you don't always want to keep repeating what food is in which dish (or what ingredients are in it!). And so, for my fellow non-repetitive friends, I give you buffet cards.

These guys are about 3.5" x 2.5" folded and you can print them and cut them by hand or pop them into your cutting machine! I like to type on them first because my script handwriting is inconsistent at best (astonishing, I know). But if you are amazing with calligraphy, please do show us all up and teach us your ways!

And if you're ready to start printing buffet cards and stop being asked "Where's the gravy?" then follow me into freedom.

First, download the files here!
Please keep in mind that by downloading these you are agreeing to only use them for personal projects, none of the designs from Lunita Paperie are to be sold, redistributed, because.. well that's my job! Please let me keep my job, I quite like it!

File rundown:

  • LP-Buffet Card PNG: This can be used for your cutting software, you can pull it in and set it to cut edges or making a slightly smaller rectangle if you want a slight bleed
  • LP-BuffetCard-LetterSize PDF: Print it, cut it, be on your merry way!
  • LP-BuffetCard-LetterSize-FB PDF: I included this one for those of you who, like me, have a printer that can print to the edges so it's easier to shove a design all the way to the corner and make less cuts!

Now, you can either print and cut them by hand or with a guillotine like me! Or you can pull the PNG into your fav cutting software and have machines be your Thanksgiving minions. Because let's be real, we do enough all day just to see it get eaten within a matter of minutes and then all we're left with is Mt. Dishes--no one's looking to tackle that feat.

* Disclaimer: I know these pictures just have doughnuts and fudge cookies, I swear this is not what I do for Thanksgiving. I do make real pies (with real pie crust too!) and you know, actual non-dessert food. But there was no way you were going to convince me to make a mini feast the week before Thanksgiving solely for buffet card photo shoot purposes. Please use your imagination accordingly. *

And please do share your wonderful photos! Coming next will be a shirt with the text that says "LABELS. READ. THE. LABELS." for those moments when inevitably Tío Juan does not read the labels and asks which one has the stuffing or an errant teenager goes "ugh, what's in this?" in one of the most annoying voices you'll ever here. I'm totally kidding... but maybe I shouldn't be. Happy Thanksgiving!
